The effect of PCI on the QTc dispersion in patients with acute myocardial infarction

摘要 目的探讨冠脉介入(PCI)治疗对急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者QTc离散度的影响。方法对照分析30例成功进行PCI治疗患者术前及术后24 h心电图与同期未行PCI治疗的30例AMI患者入院时及24 h后12导联心电图对比分析,测量QTcd。结果PCI组治疗前后为(63.25±7.25)ms和(42.75±6.15)ms,差异有非常显著性意义。对照组QTcd为(63.45±7.15)ms和(61.15±6.15)ms,差异无统计学意义。结论有效PCI治疗能显著降低AMI患者的QTcd,降低心律失常的危险度,从而改善AMI患者的预后。 Objective To determine whether PCI treatment influence QTcd dispersion in patients with AMI. Methods Standard 12-lead electrocardiograms recorded betore and 24 h after PCI in 30 patients with AMI successfully treated, comparing with the others recorded on and 24 h after admission in 30 patients with AMI with undo PCI treatment in the corresponding period. Results It was remarkable difference for PCI group that QTc dispersion before and after PCI treatment were (63.25 ± 7.25) ms and (42.75 ±6.15) ms,it was inapparent difference for comparing group that QTc dispersion were (63.45 ± 7.15) ms and (61.15± 6.15) ms. Conclusion Effective PCI treatment could evidently reduce QT dispersion and reduce arrhythmia risk in patients with AMI thus improving anticipation.
