艾滋病在我国已进入广泛流行期。随着AIDS感染者的增多,艾滋病房护理人员感染HIV的危险性也随之增加。尽管职业暴露感染HIV的几率很低,但发生HIV/AIDS职业暴露后预防处理过程中暴露人员的生活与行为都要受到限制和影响,心理压力很大,一旦感染,后果严重。因此,要严格执行我国卫生部实施的《医务人员艾滋病病毒职业暴露防护工作指导原则》,加强护士职业暴露的防护培训,最大限度降低HIV职业暴露的发生。
