硫酸依替米星在老年人感染性疾病应用的安全性分析

Safety evaluation of etimicin sulfate injection used in elderly patients with infections diseases

目的观察硫酸依替米星在治疗老年人感染性疾病中的疗效、有无不良反应及安全性。方法前谵性对2008年12月～2009年11月住院病人中患感染性疾病的病人应用硫酸依替米星治疗,观察其疗效、不良反应及安全性。结果36例病人有1例出现肾功能不全,其余病人无不良反应发生,肝肾功能正常。结论依替米星在老年人感染性疾病的应用中,只要选用得当,疗效确切,是氨基糖苷类抗生素中安全性较高的药物。

Objective To observe the curative effect and reliability of etimicin sulfate in the treatment of infections diseases in the elderly patients. Methods 36 patients suffering from infectious diseases in elderly wards of First Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical College from December 2008 to November 2009 were chosen, to observe the efficacy, adverse reactions and safety of etimicin sulfate injection used in therm. Results In 36 patients, 1 patients had renal insufficiency and the remaining patients had no adverse reactions, liver and kidney function were normal. Conclusion Etimicin sulfate injection is effective used in the infectious diseases of elderly patients, as long as the chosen properly, it is a safe aminoglycoside antibiotic.
