Synthesis and Insecticidal Activity of Silicon containing Asymmetric Thiophosphates and Their Carbon Analogues

Two series of siliconcontaining asymmetric thiophosphates have been synthesized to investigate their insecticidal activity. The carbon analogues of one series of the silicon compounds have also been prepared. Their 1H, 31P NMR spectra and insecticidal activities are discussed.
