恶性骨肿瘤焦虑和抑郁评测及心理护理42例

Malignant bone tumors of anxiety and depression evaluation and care and 42 cases of heart

目的对恶性骨肿瘤患者术后的心理变化进行评定。方法选取原发性骨恶性骨肿瘤患者42例,应用焦虑自评量表测试患者的焦虑程度;应用抑郁自评量表测试患者抑郁状态的特异性症状。结果42例恶性骨肿瘤患者的焦虑、抑郁自评量表总标准分均明显高于国内常模。结论恶性骨肿瘤患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪明显高于一般人群,但和性别无关,建议进一步普及开展心理咨询和治疗,加强心理护理,促进患者身心的全面康复。

Objective The malignant bone tumor patients after assessment of the psychological changes. Methods Primary malignant bone tumor of bone in patients with 42 cases, the application testing in patients with anxiety and selfrating scale of anxiety level; application of self-rating depression scale test-specific symptoms in patients with depression. Results In 42 patients with malignant bone tumors in patients with anxiety and depression self-rating scale standard scores were significantly higher than the total domestic norm. Conclusion Malignant bone tumor in patients with anxiety and depression was significantly higher than the general population, but, and gender has nothing to do, it is recommended to carry out more widespread psychological counseling and treatment, strengthen psychological care, to promote the overall physical and psychological rehabilitation of patients.
