卡马西平与托吡酯治疗癫痫的疗效比较

Compared of the Efficacy about Epilepsy Patent Treated by Carbamazepine and Topiramate

目的观察卡马西平与托吡酯治疗癫痫大发作的临床疗效。方法随机抽取苍溪县人民医院2001年10月至2006年10月门诊及住院治疗癫痫患者资料46例,分成卡马西平组(A组)24例和托吡酯组(B组)22例,比较此两组的临床疗效。结果两组临床的有效率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论卡马西平与托吡酯治疗癫痫大发作的临床疗效肯定且无显著差别。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of carbamazepine and topiramate in the treatment of grand mal epilepsy. Methods 46 patients＇ s data were selected randomly, which were treated in clinic service and hospitalization in Cangxi people＇ s hospital from October 2001 to October 2006. We divided them into two groups. One group was treated with carbamazepine which has 24 cases and the other group was treated with topiramate which has 22 cases. Then we will compare the clinical efficacy between two groups. Results The efficacy of the two groups were no significant difference（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Carbamazepine and topiramate have the certain clinical efficacy in the treatment of grand real epilepsy and there is no significant difference.
