摘要
目的研究参蚁药酒对小鼠的抗疲劳作用。方法将60只雄性昆明种小鼠按体重随机分为2组，分别灌喂参蚁药酒混悬剂和同样体积蒸馏水（对照组），14d后称量小鼠体重，分别检测小鼠力竭游泳时间，运动后血清尿素氮、全血乳酸、及肝、肌糖原含量。结果灌喂15d后，参蚁药酒对小鼠体重增长无明显影响。经参蚁药酒处理小鼠力竭游泳时间明显高于对照组小鼠，而运动后血清尿素氮、血乳酸浓度却明显低于对照组。结论参蚁药酒具有明显的抗疲劳效果。
Objective To investigate the antffatigue effects of Shen-yi medicinal liquor. Method 60 normal male Kun Ming mice were randomized into two groups based on body weight. The control group was given distilled water and treatment groups were given Shen-yi medicinal liquor for 14consecutive days, respectively. The body weight was determined before swimming test. Result The Shen-yi medicinal liquor had no effect on weight gain. And Shen-yi medicinal liquor significantlye swimming time, and reduced lactate level in blood significantly, compared with control group. Conclusion Shen-yi medicinal liquor has noticeable antifatigue effect on mice.
