摘要
目的探讨腮腺肿瘤患者围手术期的护理方法。方法对我科114名腮腺肿瘤手术患者进行术前心理干预，术后精心护理。结果术前护理对患者进行个体化的心理干预有助于患者积极配合手术；术后护理好坏关系到患者的安危，并发症的防治以及治疗的效果。结论（1）术前护理应对患者进行个体化的心理干预治疗，结合患者的情况详尽解释手术的风险及并发症的发生，使患者积极配合手术。（2）加强术后护理可减少患者并发症的发生。（3）做好围手术期护理是保证腮腺肿瘤切除术成功的关键。
Objective Discuss the way of nursing for parotid gland tumor patients during perioperative period.Methods choose 114 parotid gland tumor patients with preoperative psychological intervention, postoperative intensive care.Results The preoperative care for individual patients with psychological intervention can can help patients geting more cooperative with operation; postoperative care quality related to the safety of patients, complications and treatment results. Conclusion （1）Preoperative care must be done with individual psychological intervention, combined with a detailed explanation of the situation in patients with the risk of surgery and complications, so that the patients can be actively cooperated with treatment.（2）To strengthen the postoperative care of patients can reduce complications.（3）Perioperative care is the key for success of the parotid tumor resection.
