通过去甲斑蝥素、去甲去氢斑蝥素和外式双环［２．２．１］庚－５－烯－２，３－二甲酸酐和α－氨基烃基膦酸酯的反应，合成了一系列斑蝥素类似物，并进行了抗肿瘤筛选．以期寻找高效、低毒的抗肿瘤药物．所合成的化合物的结构经１ＨＮＭＲ、ＭＳ、ＩＲ及元素分析确证．

A series of α aminoalkylphosphonate derivatives of norcantharidin, 5,6 dehydro norcantharidin and exo bicyclo 2.2.1 hept 5 ene 2,3 dicarboxylic anhydride were synthesized by the condensation of α aminoalkylphosphonic diphenyl ester with norcantharidin, 5,6 dehydro norcantharidin and exo bicyclo 2.2.1 hept 5 ene 2,3 dicarboxylic anhydride, and their structures were confirmed by 1H NMR, MS, IR and elemental analysis.
