二阶导数光度法同时测定微量镍和铜的研究 被引量:2

摘要 用2-(2-噻唑偶氮)-5-二甲氨基苯甲酸作为显色剂,在pH5.6,波长在620nm和590nm处,用二阶导数光度法,同时测定微量镍和铜.回收率镍为100%~102%,铜为92%~105%,Ni^(2+)、Cu^(2+)在0~16μg/25ml均呈线性关系. A method of simultaneous determination of Ni (Ⅱ) and Cu (Ⅱ) by secondary derivative photometry is reported in this paper, 2-(2-thiazolyl-azo)-5-dimethylamino benzoic acid (TAMB) is used as chromogenic reagent and the color reaction is carried out in a buffer medium of pH 5. 6. Secondary derivative photometric measurements are made at the wavelengths of 620nm and 590mn. The recoveries obtained for nickel is 100%-102% and for copper is 92%-105%. Linearity holds both for nickel and copper in the range of 0-16μg/25ml.
