通过对北京城市边缘私有门禁社区与计划经济时期的小区设计案例的形态比较分析,阐述新近的门禁社区的沿承和演变。认为北京城市边缘门禁社区设计形态是在小区形态框架的基础上形成的,并且具有形成于上世纪的主要国际设计模式的烙印。同时,形态上的变化可以被看作是设计回应城市转型的结果。

The comparison of form between the new project of private entrance guarded community on the skirts of Beijing and the old project of residential quarter completed during the planned economy period shows us the evolution of the new type community’s form from the old quarter, What is continued and what is developed？ The study indicates that the gated community’s form comes from residential quarter’s form. It is stamped with the brand of the international pattern of last century. In fact, the change of form could be regarded as a response to urban transformation.
