摘要
针对我国既有住宅建筑改造更新的要求,基于IFD建筑体系工业化建造、弹性设计和可拆改的设计理念,提出了既有住宅厨卫一体化的改造设想,即用建筑产业化、产品化的方式来解决既有住宅厨卫改造的执行效率、设计标准化与多样化的问题。
For meeting the needs of remodeling existed housing building, this paper, by concept of IFD, brings forward the assumption of integrative remodeling for kitchen and bathroom in existed houses, i.e. making the remodeling project an industrial product, and raising work efficiency by standardization and diversification.
