Advance of targeted ultrasound contrast agents in tumor molecular imaging

摘要 靶向超声造影剂可与肿瘤新生血管内皮细胞或肿瘤组织细胞特异性表达的生物分子相结合,实现肿瘤分子显像,从而提高超声诊断的准确性与敏感性,为肿瘤的早期诊断与治疗以及研究肿瘤细胞发生、发展及凋亡的在体活动规律开辟了新领域。
