摘要
对薄膜闪蒸式脱泡过程建立了数学模型,推导出液膜厚度(δZ)、平均停留时间(t)等计算式,确定了脱泡塔的放大准则。该方法在引进装置的改扩建设计中得到了应用。
A mathematical model for the film flash type deaerating process was established. The equations of film thickness (δ Z ) and mean resident time () were derived. Scale up criteria for the deaerator were furtherly specified. And this method was applied to the revamping design of some introduced plants.
