摘要
探讨了聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯（ＰＴＴ）纤维制造的干燥、纺丝、拉伸和变形工序，介绍了Ｓｈｅｌ公司的ＣｏｒｔｅｒａＰＴＴ纤维的制备条件是切片含水率必须小于５０μｇ／ｇ，纺丝温度要严格控制在２５０～２７５℃。
The manufacturing features of polytrimethylene terephthalate fiber were shown through an overview of drying, spinning, drawing and texturing process steps. The process conditions for Corterra PTT of Shell company were selected as: chip moisture content less than 50 μg/g and spinning temperature in the range of 250￣275℃.
