用FDY设备纺制POY

THE TECHNOLOGY FOR SPINNING POY ON FDY DEVICE

介绍了在ＦＤＹ设备上纺制ＰＯＹ的生产技术，讨论了丝束集束上油的形式、丝束在两辊上的缠绕形式及纺丝速度对ＰＯＹ可纺性及质量的影响。结果表明：采用油嘴进行集束上油比油轮上油好，条干不匀率降低；调整油嘴及导丝器上下前后位置，毛丝、断头减少；根据ＰＯＹ的用途来调整纺丝速度，可达到提高ＰＯＹ可纺性及产品质量的目的。

The technology for spinning POY on FDY device was introduced. The effects of the method and position of bundling oiling and the wrap way of yarns around GR 1 and GR 2 on the spinnability and the quality of POY were also discussed. The result showed that the oil nozzle was better than oil roller for bundling oiling and was more effective for decreasing yarn unevenness; through adjusting the location of the oil nozzle and the filament guide, the split filaments and the breaks were decreased; POY spinnability and quality were improved by controlling spinning speed according to its end use.
