摘要
探讨了腈纶染色性能的影响因素及生产工艺,对二、三元共聚腈纶在不同染色条件下的上染率进行了比较,指出二元共聚腈纶染整时,应减少缓染剂用量,延长染色时间,防止高温染色。二元共聚腈纶染深色产品适于用阳离子染料,浅色产品适于用分散性染料,三元共聚产品适应多种性能的染料及多种颜色。
The effective factors on polyacrylonitrile fiber dyeing property and its process were discussed. The dye uptake under different conditions was comparied between bi and tri copolyacrylonitrile fiber. It was pointed out that the retarder amount should be decreased, dyeing period of time should be enlongened and high temperature dyeing should be prevented. Deep dyed products of bi copolyacrylonitrile fiber were suitable for cationic dyestuff and those pastel dyed fit for dispersed dyestuff when tri copolyacrylonitrile fibers were convenient to various dyestuffs and various colour.
