TENSION CONTROL AT FDY SPINNING PATH AND RESULT ANALYSIS

对ＦＤＹ生产中的中间断头、切换断头、满卷情况进行了统计对比分析，发现在纺丝组件的使用周期内，不同的纺程张力控制的生产过程中，正张力控制生产相对负张力控制生产出现的中间断头、切换断头少，满卷多，产品质量高。

The statistic result of sudden breaks, changing breaks and full package ratio during FDY production was contrasted and analyzed. It was found that the positive tension control production yielded less sudden breaks and changing breaks and more full package compared the negative tension control production under various tensions within the spinpacks durability; therefore, the product quality was improved.
