无脾综合征一例报告 被引量：4

摘要 病例：患儿，女,2008年12月3日出生。家属发现患儿出生后即有口唇及指（趾）端青紫，哭闹时尤为明显，足掌及手掌皮肤也可见青紫样改变，后在江苏省无锡市儿童医院行心脏彩超提示：先天性心脏病[单心室（右心室）、单心房、大动脉转位、肺动脉狭窄、肺静脉畸形引流]。患儿未行进一步检查。喂养以人工喂养为主，后由于患儿反复发热、咳嗽、流涕等不适，于江苏省无锡市映山河儿童医院就诊。行腹部B超提示：中位肝，左叶明显增大；胆囊大小正常，形态正常；
