摘要
通过对硫化促进剂二甲基二硫代氨基甲酸锌（简称硫化促进剂Ｐｚ）的各种合成方法进行实验研究和比较，结果认为氧化锌一步法合成工艺较佳，较佳的工艺条件为：反应温度＜３０℃，反应时间２ｈ，原料配比二甲胺∶二硫化碳∶氧化锌＝１∶１．１∶０．５（ｍｏｌ比）。
One-step process with zinc oxide was regarded as the best sy nthesis method for the preparation of vulcanization accelerator zinc dimethyldithiocarbamate.The optimum condition was as follows:reaction temperature <30 ℃,reaction time 2h,di methyl amine:carbon disulfied:zinc oxide=1∶1 1∶0 5(pro portion of mol).
