摘要
采用气相色谱法对敌草隆进行分析选用ＳＥ－３０固定液ｃｈｒｏｍＷＨＰ为担体制备色谱柱以邻苯二甲酸二甲酯为内标物，本方法的标准偏差为０．３３％变异系数为１．０７％，回收率在９８％～１００．
Diuron was determined by the method of gas chromatography. The preparative column is packed with SE 30 on chrom W HP. Dimethyl phthalate was used as internal standard.The standard deviation was 0 33 %,the coefficients of variation was 1 07 %, and the recovery was between 98%￣100%.
