探讨了涤纶POY生产线经过TCS技术改造后，切片含水率、纺丝温度及热管温度、纺丝速度、卷绕张力等因素对产品质量的影响。总结了实践中最佳工艺参数，并对影响生产稳定性的设备问题进行了分析，简述了采取的措施及其效果。

Using TCS technology, the effect of moisture content of chips, spinning temperature, thermochannel temperature, spinning speed and tension etc. on spinning FDY in PET POY line was studied.The best process parameters in practice were summarized. Equipment factor affecting stability of production were analyzed. The measure taked and the effect were introduced.
