摘要
城市化发展进程中,城郊结合部乡镇初中教育出现一些新的问题,比如,学生厌学,极力想摆脱家长与教师的管教和束缚,家长要么放任自流,要么管教无力,教师没心思上课,没动力管学生以及校领导权利有限,管理不到位,等等。这些新问题的出现值得忧思。城郊结合部乡镇初中教育不仅关系到学生自身的健康成长问题,而且还关系到社会安定问题,甚至关系到城市未来发展问题。解决这些问题刻不容缓。
In the way of urbanization,some new problems of students,parents,teachers and management arise in the secondary schools in suburb overlaps,which are urgent for the education in these districts and related to the growth of students,social stability and further city development.
