混油是长距离成品油管道顺序输送的必然产物,对混油的回掺处理方式进行了可行性分析,给出了回掺处理的必要条件及实际混油切换的有关操作数据,对不同浓度的混油段长度进行了分析比较,总结出一定的规律,并对如何提高混油回掺比例提出了具体设想。以南输成品油管道为例,进行了混油回掺的处理,取得了一定的实践经验。

Contaminated product is an inevitable result in batch transportation in long distance product pipeline. Feasibility analysis was made for contaminated product s back tail treatment method, gave necessary condition to treat contaminated product and relative operation data for actual switchover of contaminated product. Analysis and comparison were made to the length of the contaminated product section with different concentration, summed up certain rules and put forward a concrete assumption of how to raise a back tail proportion of contaminated product. By taking South Product Transportation Pipeline for example, performed contaminated product's back tail treatment and got a certain practical experiment.
