摘要
提出了用量热法来测量管道中的油水比,进行了相应的理论分析和试验研究。结果表明,量热法具有简单、可靠、无任何运动部件等优点。它的提出和研究对于油气水三相流量计的开发应用具有十分重要的意义。指出准确地确定电热器出口温度场不均匀系数K_T是采用此法测量油水比的关键。
Calorimetry was put forward for measuring oil/water ratio inside pipelines and relevant theoretical analysis and test research have been carried out. Result showed that calorimetry is of such advantages as simple, reliable and on any movable parts. Its proposing and research presented a great significance in developing three-phase flow meter of oil/gas/water. It pointed out that a key problem for using this method to measure oil/water ratio lay at accurate determining the uneven factor KT of temperature field at the inlet of the electric heater.
