摘要
研究了非圆玻璃瓶横切面的计算机辅助三维设计与绘图方法,先将物体等分为若干段,分别计算出各段的几何尺寸和面积,再用辛普生公式计算出容积。其结果可自动生成物体的三维图形。用快速成形技术制造出纸质或塑料质的玻璃制品样件,并制造成型模具陶瓷精密铸造的模型,最终在车削中心或加工中心可精确快速加工成形模的三维型腔。
The method of 3D CAD/CAM for the round-off section glass bottles has been studied. The object has been divided into many sections. The geometrical dimension and area of each sections are calculated and then their volumes are calculated by using Simpson formula. Their results can be used for Auto-drawing of the 3D figure of the object, and can be used for the Laminated Object Manufacturing (LOM) to make paper or plastic bottle samples, and the model of the blowing mold for ceramic precise casting and finally can be used for the NC machining of the 3D cavity of the blowing mold using the Turning Center or Machining Center.
