摘要
制备的锂-钙基脂性能达到了极压锂基脂和汽车通用锂基脂的技术指标要求。较全面地探讨了锂-钙基脂的组成、制备工艺和条件。考察了聚异丁烯、氟化镧、三聚氰胺氰尿酸复合物(MCA)、硫代氨基甲酸盐对锂-钙基脂性能的影响。
The lithium-calcium base grease prepared in this paper touches the requirement of the standard of extreme pressure lithium and multipurpose lithium base grease for automobile. The composition, preparation technology and condition have been studied. The effects of polyisobutene, LaF3, MCA, dialkyldithioaminoformaite on properties of lithium-calcium base grease have been discussed in this paper.
