In this paper. the manufacturing method of non-TNT coal-mining permissibleAN explosive was introduced. It was made of the expanded AN .a self-sensitizer employed as oxidizing agent, some combustible materials and inhibitor. The explosive owned good properties offlame resistance and safety against marsh gas. Its physical and explosive properties reached andexceeded the standards of the same class permissible AN-TNT explosive.
