内蒙古自治区经济系统物质利用及环境影响分析

Material Utilization and Environment Impact of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Economy System

运用物质流分析方法,对内蒙古自治区2003—2007年的经济系统中物质的输入输出进行了分析,以揭示当地经济发展过程中的物质利用及其对环境造成的影响。分析结果表明:内蒙古自治区的经济增长是以资源高投入、污染高排放为代价的。拉动经济增长的主要物质投入来自本地化石燃料的开采,环境污染的主要来源是化石燃料燃烧产生的废气和工业生产排放的固体废弃物。提高资源利用效率,减少物质投入,才是实现内蒙古自治区环境经济协调发展的根本途径。

In order to reveal the material utilization and environment impact of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, the method of material flow analysis has been applied to study the material input and output throughout the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region economy system from 2003 to 2007. The results are shown as follows： the existed economic development model is characterized by high input and high emission, which mainly depended on the domestic fossil fuel, exhaust emission from fossil fuel combustion and industrial solid wastes are the major source of environmental pollution. Increase material utilization efficiency and decrease the input is a fundamental way to realize coordinative development of economy and environment.
