摘要
本文介绍了具有远红外辐射功能的细旦涤纶(1.67dtex × 38mm)的试验及生产工艺的研究。通过控制具有远红外功能的化纤添加剂的粒径和形貌,采用PET/添加剂共混纺丝法,纺出的细旦纤维的远红外比辐射率平均达到0.82以上。经过纺丝试验,证明该工艺已完全能进入工业规模生产。
The production process of 1.67dtex X 38mm PET staple fiber with infar-red radiative performance is introduced. The avevage specific infar-red radiation ratio of the fiber made by PET/addi-tive blend spinning can be more than 0.82 through controlling the grain diameter and morphology of the additive with infar-red radiative performance. Spinning tests proved that this process is suitable to the production in industrial scale.
