甲缩醛氧化制高浓度甲醛催化剂的开发与研究 被引量:3

摘要 所研制的Mo-Fe-Cr-O甲缩醛氧化制高浓度甲醛催化剂的最适宜工艺条件为反应温度360~380℃,混合气空速7000~10000h(-1),甲缩醛:O2=1:2(摩尔比)。它具有良好的热稳定性和重现性,催化剂制备技术可靠,小试寿命超过1000h。单管反应器考察结果表明催化剂具有很高的活性和选择性,甲缩醛转化率为100%,甲醛选择性为93.5%~95.4%,具有工业应用价值。 The experiments for oxidation of methylal to formaldehyde were carried out in a single-tube reactor using a ring catalyst prepared in semi-plant scale. Under suitable reaction conditions, i. e., temperature 360~380℃, GHSV 7000~10000h-1 and CH3OCH2OCH3: O2=1: 2 (mole ratio), the conversion of methylal and the selectivity to formaldehyde reaches 100% and 93. 5 % ~ 95. 4%, respectively. The study shows that the catalyst has a good thermal stability and good repeatability for preparation with service life of more than 1000 hours.
