摘要
以稀土磷硅铝(RPSA)分子筛作为择形活性组元、配以其他超稳分子筛及合适载体研制出的FCC助剂用于流化催化裂化装置时,可多产5%的液化气。该助剂添加方便,稳定性及耐磨蚀性良好,所产汽油的辛烷值及诱导期均有明显改善。
A FCC promotor was developed with a rare earths-phosphorus-silicon-aluminum molecular sieve as shape-selective active component combined with other ultra-stable molecular sieves and a suitable carrier.When used in a FCC plant,the promotor produces 5% more LPG. The promotor is featured by convenience in adding into FCC plants, higher stability and attrition resistance,and better octane number and induction period of the gasoline produced.
