亚低温联合依达拉奉治疗大面积脑梗死临床观察 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨亚低温联合依达拉奉治疗大面积脑梗死的临床疗效。方法将36例大面积脑梗死患者,随机分为亚低温和依达拉奉治疗组18例,对照组18例,于治疗前及治疗后14d对患者神经功能缺损程度及临床效果进行评定。结果治疗后治疗组神经功能缺损评分明显低于对照组,临床疗效优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论亚低温联合依达拉奉治疗大面积脑梗死疗效显著,不良反应少,可在临床广泛应用。
