咪唑安定及其拮抗药氟吗西尼 被引量:5

摘要 氟吗西尼是特异性苯二氮[艹卓]类(BZ)受体拮抗药,能与中枢r-氨基丁酸(GABA)受体复合物中的BZ受体部位结合,通过竞争BZ受体,阻断或翻转BZ受体激动药的中枢抑制作用,从而拮抗BZ类药物引起的过度镇静、遗忘等作用,有利于缩短观察时间,促进患者早日恢复。
