摘要 在聚硅氧烷存在下,己内酰胺和酪素进行接枝反应,改善了酪素涂饰剂的应用性能。 Abstract kg silicone oil with hydrogen, 148kg unsaturated polyether and 0.9kg unsaturated peroxide are added into a reactive 500L_pot, heated under N 2 protection, to 70~75℃, added by 10ppm Pt catalyst and finally reated at 90~95℃ for 1h to attain the product. Casein is put by water, auxiliary solvent and polysiloxane for dissolution, added by caprolactam and primer and heated for reaction for a few hours, followed by the addition of a terminator and stablizer when the examination is acceptable, then the temperature reduction, and filtration will be carried out to get the title product. The quality of casein finish are improved by graft copolymerization of casein with caprolactam in the presence of polysiloxane. 2 refs
