摘要
本文建立了染料产品碱性红６ＧＤＮ的高效液相色谱的分析方法。以甲醇—水（８８∶１２，Ｖ／Ｖ）为流动相，溴代十六烷基三甲胺为离子对试剂。色谱柱为ＳｐｈｅｒｉｓｏｒｂＣ１８柱，检测波长为５２７ｎｍ。本方法简单，可靠，在工业产品分析中效果良好。表２，图２。
Abstract The dye product basic red 6GDN was analysed by HPLC using a column of Spherisorb C 18 (5 0mm×200mm),the mobile phase of methandwater (88∶12,V/V) containing 0.4g/L CTAB,and the detective wavelength of 527nm.The method was simple,rapid,accurate and reliable,and has been applied to the productive practice with a certain degree of effct. 2 tabs,2 drawings,2 refs
