摘要
目的:观察复方地黄方对帕金森病(PD)大鼠细胞凋亡的影响。方法:采用6-羟基多巴胺(6-OH-DA)注射于脑右侧黑质造成偏侧PD模型,并用复方地黄方(浓度为4.14g/m L,2m L/d)中药进行治疗,同时设立正常对照组、假手术组。观察PD大鼠神经细胞凋亡的变化及复方地黄方的作用。结果:PD模型组有明显的细胞凋亡改变,TUNEL阳性细胞数、Bcl-2、Bax表达均明显增多,电镜检查结果显示神经细胞凋亡形态学明显改变,复方地黄组对其有明显改善作用。结论:复方地黄方对神经元细胞凋亡有明显抑制作用。
Objective:To observe the effect of Compound Rehmannia Recipe(CRR) on apoptosis in Parkinson's disease(PD) rats.Methods:PD rat models were induced by injection of 6-hydroxydopamine(6-OHDA)into the right substantia nigra of the rats,and then were treated with CRR(4.14g/mL,2 mL/d).Meanwhile,the normal control group and the sham-operation group were established.The apoptosis of nerve cells in PD rats was observed and the effect of CRR on PD rats was observed.Results:Obvious apoptosis was found in PD rats,the number of cells with positive TUNEL staining and the expression of BCL-2 and Bax were increased,apoptotic features were obvious under electron microscope.CRR had an obvious improvement on the above changes.Conclusion:CRR exerts obvious inhibition on neuron apoptosis in PD rats.
