人文关怀视角下的竞技体育可持续发展

应用文献资料法,理论分析法,从竞技体育的选材、训练、竞赛、管理四个领域,对在竞技体育中实施人文关怀进行分析研究,得出结论:在运动员选材上,应变革儿少选材模式,抓紧运动员早期人格塑造,坚持"体教结合",寻求技术提高与合理年龄的最佳平衡点;在运动训练方面,应加强运动训练的科学监控,减少运动员损伤,合理处理技术难度创新与人发展间的关系;在运动竞赛方面,发挥竞赛规则对竞技体育的调控作用,今后在规则的制定上应更多的关注运动员的身心健康;在管理方面,正确认识、处理管理层与运动员间的关系,加强运动员文化素质教育与道德修养塑造。
