深圳市高职院校体育教学质量监控体系的思考

Thinking of PE Teaching Quality Monitoring System in Shenzhen City Vocational College

体育教学质量监控体系在深圳市的高职院校中已经实行了多年,但仍然存在着体育教学信息管理缺少时效性、体育教学管理监控缺乏有效性、体育教学的督导缺少诚信度等方面的缺陷。笔者针对以上的问题,提出自己的意见和建议,认为应该通过建立有效的信息反馈通道、体育专业的专家加入督导组和设立体育教学管理监控的常设机构3个方面来完善监控体系,并建议加强体育教师的培训工作,坚持监控运行的经常化以确保其良性循环。

PE Teaching Quality Monitoring System in Shenzhen Vocational College has already carried out many years,but still there are some defects,such as lacking timeliness of PE information management,lacking effectiveness of PE teaching management and monitoring,lacking good faith of PE teaching supervision and so on. The author puts forward her own comments and suggestions to solve these problems. And thinks that should be through three aspects to perfect monitoring system,which are the establishment of an effective information feedback channel、PE professional expert member of the supervisor group and the establishment the permanent organization of the PE teaching management monitoring. So the author suggests strengthening of physical education teachers training,and insisting on regular monitoring of operations to ensure a positive cycle
