从企业成长内涵出发,对高技术企业的成长因素及其关系进行了分析,认为高技术企业成长由技术核心能力、企业规模以及经营结构3个维度构成。技术核心能力是高技术企业成长的核心内容,企业规模与经营结构是高技术企业成长的表现形式,技术核心能力决定着高技术企业的规模与经营结构。结合生命周期理论,对高技术企业发展阶段及其特征进行了分析。在此基础上,重构高技术企业的成长模式;从知识的动态发展过程,分析了该模式的实现方式;从模仿创新、合作创新、自主创新等视角对技术核心能力的形成与提升进行了探索,以期能对促进我国高技术企业成长有所启发。

Based on the connotation of enterprise growth,the paper analyzes the factors of hi-tech enterprise growth and its relations,and argues that hi-tech enterprise growth is composed of technology core competence,enterprise scale and management configuration.Among them,technology core competence is the core content,and enterprise scale and management configuration are its forms.Technology core competence decides the scale and management configuration of hi-tech enterprise.Combined with lifecycle theory,the paper analyzes the different phases and characters of hi-tech enterprise growth,constructs hi-tech enterprise growth pattern,analyzes its realization mode from the dynamic development of knowledge and explores the form and advancement of technology core competence from imitation innovation,cooperation innovation and independent innovation.The paper is expected to advance the growth of hi-tech enterprises in China.
