Correlation Study on Serum Levels of E2,β-CTx,N-MID,and PTH in Postmenopausal Women

摘要 目的对绝经后妇女血清中E2、N-MID、PTH、β-CTX水平进行比较,探讨它们在PMOP发病机理中的作用。方法选取51例绝经前妇女为正常对照组,56例绝经后妇女为观察组,对两组E2、N-MID、PTH、β-CTX水平进行比较,并对N-MID、PTH、β-CTX与E2进行相关性分析。结果观察组E2比正常对照组有明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),观察组N-MID、PTH、β-CTX水平比正常对照组有明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),观察组N-MID、PTH、β-CTX与E2呈负相关。结论E2水平下降是PMOP发生的主要原因,E2、N-MID、PTH、β-CTX水平可作为PMOP的诊断与治疗依据。 Objective To compare the serum levels of E2,N-MID,PTH,and β-CTX in postmenopausal women,and to explore their roles in the pathogenesis of postmenopausal osteoporosis (PMOP).Methods Fifty-one cases of premenopausal women were served as the normal control group,and 56 cases of postmenopausal women served as the observation group,serum levels of E2,N-MID,PTH,and β-CTX were compared between the two groups,and the correlation among N-MID,PTH,β-CTX,and E2 was analyzed.Results The serum level of E2 was significantly lower in the observation group than that in the normal control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P0.01).The serum levels of N-MID,PTH,and β-CTX were significantly higher in the observation group than those in the normal control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P0.01).E2 was negatively correlated with N-MID,PTH,and β-CTX in the observation group.Conclusions Decreased E2 level may result in PMOP.The serum levels of E2,N-MID,PTH,and β-CTX can be used as the clinical evidence for the diagnosis and treatment of PMOP.
