48例肾后性急性肾功能不全的临床分析

Clinical Analysis on 48 Cases of Post-renal Acute Renal Failure

目的探讨提高急性肾后性肾功能衰竭(PARF)的治疗水平。方法48例PARF患者入院后,急行膀胱镜检查,根据病情行输尿管双J管置入术。本组单管置入16例,双管置入8例。对严重肾积水患者在B超引导下行肾穿或造瘘术置管引流。结果48例PARF患者经治疗肾功能有不同程度改善。治疗前后,肾功能和24h尿量经统计学处理,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论PARF患者急诊膀胱镜及造瘘术处理可提高和改善肾功能,延长其生存时间。

Objective To explore how to improve the therapeutic effects of post-renal acute renal failure （PARF）.Methods Forty-eight hospitalized patients with PARF underwent emergent cystoscope examination,and then they were performed double J ureteral implantation correspondingly.16 cases of this group underwent singlet imbedding,while 8 cases of the group underwent duplet imbedding.Operations of percutaneous renal or nephrostomy stenting drainage under real time ultrasound guidance were performed in critical hydronephrosis patients.Results After the treatment,there were different degrees of improvements seen in 48 PARF patients.There were statistically significant differences in renal function and 24-hour urinary production before and after the treatment （P0.01）.Conclusions Emergent treatment of PARF patient trough cystoscope and nephrostomy can improve renal function and prolong the survival time of the patient.
