The Key Cultural Practice for Flammulina velutipes

摘要 金针菇是备受人们青睐的食用菌之一。它不但含有丰富的营养成分,而且具有较高的药用价值和保键功能,目前已成为世界第3大食用菌。通过科学工作者和广大菇农多年的研究和实践,金针菇种植技术有了很大的发展。为了使广大金针菇种植户获得较高的产量和经济效益,本文首先阐述了金针菇生长发育所需的环境条件,然后从品种选择、栽培季节、原料配比、装袋灭菌、接种培养、出菇期管理、采收与加工等方面介绍了金针菇栽培技术。实践证明,只要周到安排、科学管理,栽培金针菇是可以成功的。 Flammulina velutipes is one of the favored edible fungi. Not only has it rich nutrient, but also has it high medicinal value and function for body protect to become the 3rd largest edible fungi all over the world. Scientists and the general Gunong through years of research and practice, Cultral practices of Flammulina velutipes has been greatly development through researching of sciencitists and farmers for many years. In order to make the general Mushroom growers receive a higher yield and economic benefits, this paper began by describing the growth and development of Flammulina velutipes required environmental conditions, then from the selection of species, planting season, raw material ratio, bagging sterilization, inoculation training, fruiting period of management, harvesting and processing, etc., introduced planting tissue culture. Practice has proved that as long as the thoughtful arrangements, scientific management, cultivation of Flammulina velutipes can be successful.
