摘要
通过合肥某工程,分析了转换层高大截面梁结构支模体系的施工技术,系统地阐述了施工过程中支模体系的安全措施与控制,指出转换层高大截面梁结构施工过程中安全的重要性和必要性。并对超高、超重满堂支模架的钢管材质、设计和施工要点,以及针对支模体系在施工中的安全控制,作出了一系列分析与论述,经过设计计算,选用钢管与扣件等合格的材质,同时在施工中加大管理力度,强化过程控制,达到了预期的施工、质量安全效果。
Through some engineering in Hefei,construction technology for formwork support system of high sectional beam of transfer layer is analyzed,and the security measures and control are described systematically,which indicate the importance and necessity of safe construction. Furthermore,the steel tubular quality,design and key points of construction to super-high and overweight formwork support are analyzed and described. By calculation,choosing qualified steel tubular and fastener, intensifying management effort,strengthening control,the engineering has gained excellent effect.
