摘要
河北开元环球中心工程3.5m厚底板大体积混凝土施工,采用优化配合比、改用60d强度、溜槽与地泵结合、计算机监控测温等技术措施,有效保证了基础底板大体积混凝土的顺利浇注以及浇注质量,成功保证了基础底板混凝土的强度和抗渗性能,避免了混凝土结构裂缝问题。重点介绍了施工流水段划分、混凝土输送泵管设置、混凝土浇注和振捣、温度监测、特殊部位处理等施工工艺。
Construction of 3. 5m thickness mass concrete slab in Hebei Kaiyuan International Center Project adopts optimized mix proporation design,60-day strength,chute and the earth pump combination, computer determination of the temperature and other measures,which effectively guarantee the construction quality of mass concrete pouring and casting quality,and successfully ensure concrete strength and impermeability of foundation slab. The technology measures prevent the cracks problem in concrete structure. Construction flow division,transportation pump tube setting,pouring and vibration of concrete,temperature monitoring,treatment for special parts are introduced in detail.
