摘要
广交会大厦工程外框柱采用方形钢管混凝土柱,为确保柱内尤其节点板范围混凝土密实,采用内节点板式方形钢管混凝土柱混凝土施工技术。主要介绍工艺原理、施工工艺流程、操作要点及质量、安全保证措施。指出通过在节点板上设置50~70mm排浆、排气孔,优化混凝土配合比,在节点板面50~100mm分层抛落浇注振捣混凝土,来确保节点板范围混凝土施工质量。经检测,本工程全部钢管混凝土柱质量满足要求。
The CIEF building uses square concrete-filled steel tubular column. In order to ensure the concrete density,particularly within the range of inner gusset,concrete construction technology of inner gusset type concrete-filled steel tubular column is applied. The technology is introduced including construction principle,construction process,key operation points and measures for ensuring quality and safety. It is pointed out that some measures should be used to assure concrete quality,such as excluding slurry and gas holes on inner gusset,optimizing mix proportion of concrete and layered pouring and vibrating concrete. According to testing results,all the columns can satisfy corresponding requirements.
