摘要 油品蒸发损耗问题是国内外石油储运及环境保护科技工作者十分重视和竟相研究的一个课题。作为一种有效的降耗措施,蒸发油气回收处理技术是目前研究的主要方向。探讨我国开发油气吸附回收技术的必要性和可行性。活性炭等吸附剂具有较高的性能价格比,可作为首选的吸附剂来考察。初步试验研究表明,市售的活性炭吸附汽油蒸气,(20~40)℃时的吸附率一般在030~023之间。试验结果还表明,在吸附的过程辅以冷却,将较明显地提高吸附率。 Petroleum(Gasoline) evaporation loss(PEL) is an important problem for research in the areas of oil storage and transportation and environmental protection.Oil vapor recovery technique, as an effective measures to reduce PEL,is a major trend of research and it is necessary and feasible to develop the technique of adsorption in our country.Activated carbon will first be chosen as an effective adsorbent for investigation because of its low cost and good properties. According to preliminary test of adsorbing gasoline vapor,the adsorption rate of the carbon is from 0 30 to 0 23 at adsorption temperature from 20℃ to 40℃ and it is increased when the temperature of carbon adsorption is lower than that of the emitting oil vapor.
