摘要
采用前扩链法制得自乳化阴离子型聚氨酯(PU)乳液,研究了乙二醇(ED)、1,4─丁二醇(BD)和三羟甲基丙烷(TMP)作扩链剂时对乳液和乳胶膜性能的影响。研究结果表明扩链剂的种类和含量对乳液及膜性能均有重要影响,ED和BD扩链得到的乳液性能良好,TMP扩链得到的乳胶膜性能较好。
Anionomer-type polyurethane emulsion was obtained via pre-chain extension method. In this paper, various types of extender, which contain ethanediol(ED), 1. 4 butanediol(BD) and trimethylolpropane(TMP), were used. The results showed that the effects of the type and amount of extender on the properties of polyuretane emulsion and the emulsion-cast film were obvious.
