摘要
采用前扩链法制得自乳化阴离子型聚氨酯（PU）乳液，研究了乙二醇（ED）、1，4─丁二醇（BD）和三羟甲基丙烷（TMP）作扩链剂时对乳液和乳胶膜性能的影响。研究结果表明扩链剂的种类和含量对乳液及膜性能均有重要影响，ED和BD扩链得到的乳液性能良好，TMP扩链得到的乳胶膜性能较好。
Anionomer-type polyurethane emulsion was obtained via pre-chain extension method. In this paper, various types of extender, which contain ethanediol(ED), 1. 4 butanediol(BD) and trimethylolpropane(TMP), were used. The results showed that the effects of the type and amount of extender on the properties of polyuretane emulsion and the emulsion-cast film were obvious.
