集落刺激因子1促磨牙萌出作用的研究进展

摘要 牙囊细胞分泌的集落刺激因子1参与单核巨噬细胞向牙囊的化学趋化及局部募集,并促使其向破骨细胞的横向分化,从而促进磨牙的萌出。这些研究深化了对牙齿萌出调控的认识,在牙齿萌出障碍的病因、治疗等方面有广阔的应用前景。现就有关集落刺激因子1促磨牙萌出作用的研究进展予以综述。 Colony-stimulating factor 1 secreted by dental follicle cells is involved in the chemoattraction and local recruitment of monocyte and macrophages to dental follicles and induces the horizontal differentiation of dental follicle cells into osteoclasts and the further eruption of molars.Theses studies made the deeper investigation into the regulation of tooth eruption,promising for the causes and treatment of the failure of tooth eruption.This paper reviewed the research progress in the tooth eruption induced by CSF-1.
