New Research Progression in Chemotatic Factor CXCL16

摘要 新发现的跨膜趋化因子SR-PSOX/CXCL16在动脉粥样硬化早期可以介导活性T淋巴细胞向内皮细胞黏附,促进平滑肌细胞增殖,介导单核巨噬细胞对氧化型低密度脂蛋白的摄取,促进泡沫细胞形成。在肿瘤方面,CXCL16及其受体对不同类型肿瘤的增殖与浸润起着关键性作用。在免疫应答方面,CXCL16通过自身作用及与表达其受体的免疫细胞结合,对机体的防御功能及其免疫损伤起着潜在作用。 SR-PSOX/CXC chemokine 16(CXCL16),a newly discovered CXC chemokine,has been identified to mediate activated T-cell adhesion to the endothelium,stimulate cell proliferation and elicit inflammatory phenotype in smooth muscle cells(SMC)and mediate uptake of lipoproteins by macrophages and SMC,promote production of the foam cell.The action of CXCL16 and its acceptor play a key role in proliferation and infiltration of carcinomas.Also,the role of CXCL16 and its interaction with CXCL16 and immunological cell expressing CXCR6 play potential roles in defense function in organism and immunologic injury.
